FOOTBALL.
A meeting of the Gladstone Football Club was held on Friday night last. Mr A. E. Booth occupied the chair. It was decided to enter a team for the Wairarapa Rugby Union's Senior Championshp this season. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: —Patron, Mr W. C. Buchanan; President, Mr W. Strang; Vice-Presidents, Messrs J. Strang, W. Day, E. A. Toogood, G. K. Mac donald, A. Booth and N. Willoughby; Management and Match Committee. Messrs S. Mason, D. Thompson, Frank Johnson, Momo, and R. Cooper; Delegates to Wairarapa Rugby Union, Messrs A. E. Booth and N. Douglas; Secretary, and Treasurer, Mr R. Cooper.
