A return submitted to members at the statutory meeting of the Wellington Charitable Aid Board on Friday last showed the values of rateable property in the Wairarapa and Forty Mile Bush districts to be as follows: — CAPITAL VALUES. "~

It will be noticed that an appreciable decrease obtains in the Masterton and Castle Point districts, and a slight one at Greytown.
