PROPRIETARY MINE'S APPEAL.

SYDNEY, March 20,

The grounds of the Proprietary Mine directory's appeal are that Mr Justice Higgins introduced during the hearing of the award matters vitally affecting the business of the company, which the court had no jurisdiction to deal wit!.. The development has caused much disappointment, it realised that the hearing of the appeal may delay the re-onening of the mine for a lengthy period. The men are again becoming restless.

There are rumours that the companies intend to import men from Melbourne.
