FIRE IN PALMERSTON NORTH.

By Telegraph—Press Association. PALMERSTON N., March 17. A second outbreak of fire at the Royal Hotel, to-day, practically gutted the building, and also the New Zealand Clothing Factory adjoining. The fire was under control at 2.30 p.m.
