NEW SOUTH WALES RUGBY LEAGUE. Received March 16, 8;30 p.m. SYDNEX, March 16. The New South Wales Rugby League is in a state of ferment, the Executive being charged by the delegates with mismanagement. . Ore delegate complained that the balance sheet gave no information as to certain authorised trust accounts, nor did it show what had become of the proceeds of certain matches, notably the matches against the Maoris. Mr Victor Trumper stated that everything would be shown when the financial statemsnt, which was now in the course of preparation, was presented. / The meeting elected a new Executive.
