GERMANY'S ENTERPRISE. HARBOUR FOR AIRSHIPS. Received March 16, 9 a.m. BERLIN, March 15. A harbour for airships is being erected at Metz. Others are projected; they will be made at Cologne and Friedrichshafen. BRITISH NAVAL AIRSHIP. UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT PORTSMOUTH. Receved March 16, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, March 15. A British naval airship, fitted with a 40 horse-power motor, is jn course of construction at Portsmouth.
