AUSTRALIA'S CADET FORCE. AN APPRECIATION. PUBLIC SPIRIT OF SELFSACRIFICE. SPEECH BY PRINCE OF WALES. Received March 15, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, March 14. His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales, aftsr inspecting the cadets of the Royal Rifle Corps at Stirling, made a speech, in the course of which he cited Australia's well-equipped, soldierly cadets, as testifying to the same public spirit of self-sacrifice which had sustained the movement in London for the past nineteen years.
