His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales, aftsr inspecting the cadets of the Royal Rifle Corps at Stirling, made a speech, in the course of which he cited Australia's well-equipped, soldierly cadets, as testifying to the same public spirit of self-sacrifice which had sustained the movement in London for the past nineteen years.
