ATHLETIC CHAMPIONSHIP MEETING.

WELLINGTON'S TEAM. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 14. The team to represent Wellington at the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association Championship Meeting, at Dunedin, next Saturday, is as follows:—D. M. McKay, putting the shot, pole vaulting and long jump; W. G. Harding (Napier), 440 and 880 yards; W. A. Woodger, 100 and 220 yards; J. Wilton, 220 and 440 yards; G. S. Sharpe, three miles; A. Evenson. 120 and 440 yards hurdles, pole vault and high jump; D. Fitzgerald, one and threemile walks. The inclusion of A. E. Burge depends on his performance in a trial run over a mile to be held on Monday evening. If he is a member of the team he will run in the mile and half-mile. Should he fail to satisfy the selectors, Williams (Wanganui) will go to run in the quarter and half mile.
