OBITUARY.
HON. H. 0. ARNOLD--FQRSTER. Received March 14, 4.30 p.m. LONDON, March 13. The death is announced of the' Right Hon. H. O. Arnold-Forster, Liberal Unionist Member for Croydon. The deceased, who was 54 years uf age, was Secretary of State for War, 1903-5.
