MANY DEATHS IN BRITAIN. Received March 11, 9 a.m. LONDON, March 10. An outbreak of influenza in Great Britain has caused 144 deaths in four weeks. Many of the victims were persons over 60 years of age. The obituary notices in an issue of "The Times" extend over a column and a-half.
