CRISIS IN PERSIA.
CIVIL WAR IN TABRIZ. WARNING TO THE SHAH. Receive! March 11, 9 a.m. LONDON, March 10. The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Sir Edward Givy, has warned Persia, in connection with the state of civil war in Tabriz, chat Persia will be held responsible should harm befall the British consulate owing to the action of the Shah's troops.
