SERVIA'S REVISED NOTE. Received March 10, 12.35 a.m. BELGRADE, March 10. Servia's revised Not2 to the Pow ■ era states thai she is prepared 'to maintain normal neighbourly relations with Austria, and demands from Austria no compensation, territorial or otherwise, arising out of the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The latter i* declared to be an European question, and Servia relies upon the equity ■■■i the Powers in the matter. Received March 11, 1.10 a. n. BELGRADE, March 10. Servia's offer was made after the terms thereof had been revised by M. Isvolsky (Kussian Minister ol Foreign Affairs).
