A good entfy of pri-"» beef sold readily under the ham :ier at late rates. Best bullocks maJe £8 12s 6d to £8 17a 6d, lighter £7 15s to £B, light £6 10s to £7 ss; prime wethers, 14s; good wethers, 13s; ewes, lis to lis Id; lambs, 10s 3d to lis 3d; woolly, 12s. Spare stock were dull of sala under the hammer, but we managed to dispose of all the sheep except two small pens after the sale.. Quotations: —Two and fourtooth wethers,. 10s to 10s 9d; f.m. ewes, 7s 6d to 9s; 4, 6 and f.f. m. ewes, 9s to 10s; old ewes, 6s 6d; store cull lambs, ss.
