OLYMPIC CONTESTS.
PROFIT OP RECENT GAMES. Received March 8, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, March 7. The profits from the Olympic Games recently held at Shepherd's Bush, London, totalled £6,377. The money will be devoted to the purpose of sending British athletes to future Olympic contests.
SWIMMING. LONDON, March 7. The Amateur Swimming Association, by 38 votes to 26, decided not to send a swimmer to the Australian Association meeting, desiring to confine itself to Olympic contests. —~—■'_■'.' .- '•-'. ■
