AUSTRALIAN PREMIERS' CONFERENCE.
THE STATE'S DEBTS IMPASSE. CONCILIATORY SPEECHES. HOBART, March 6. Speeches made at the opening of the Premiers' Conference were conciliatory with regard to the Commonwealth, and hopeful concerning the States' debts impasse, which it is thought will be overcomes.
