The Servian Cabinet to-day refused to do as the Powers asked.

REPORTED REFUSAL DENIED. Received March 4, 11 a.m. LONDON. March 3. It is officially announced that the reported refusal of the Servian Cabinet is incorrect. Latest information is of a more paci'ic nature. Stocks, which fell as a result of the publication of the pre ijus statement, have again rallied.
