OBITUARY.
Received March 5, 12.56 a.m. MELBOURNE, March 4. A private cable announces the death at Vladivostock of Max Hirsch, well-known in Victorian public life. He was corresp. ndent for the British Board of Trade in Victoria, and was on a tour ot the world at the time of his death.
