SERIOUS REACTION.
STEEL TRADE lEMOKALISED. Received February 26, 8.55 a.m. NEW YORK, February 25. A Supreme Court action caused a serious reaction in the market for American rails in Wall street. The steel trade is demoralised owing to the St»;el Trust reducing the price of steel shapes and plates by six dollars a ton, and stesl bars by four, followed by an announcement of an open market in the rail industry.-
