FORGERS ARRESTED.

AN INTERNATIONAL GANG. NOTES AND CHEQUES FOUND ON ACCUSED. Received February 26, 9 a.m. MILAN, February 25. Detectives arrested four ringleaders of a well-known international gang of forgers, who operated chiefly in London and New York. Forged notes and cheques to the value of many thousands were found on the accused when they were arrested.
