BRITAIN'S FUTURE POLICY. UNDER CONSIDERATION. Received February 24, 11 p.m. LONDON, February 24. In the House of Commons, Mr. J. T. Macpherson (Labour M.P. for Preston) asked Mr R. B. Haldane, Minister for War, to stop the waste of money on aeroplanes. In replying to the Member, Mr Haldane said that £19,000 had already been expended on aeroplanes. He added that the future policy in connection therewith was under con-t sideration. He preferred not to answer a question whether steps were being taken to Secure the services or assistance of Wright Bros., the; well-known American aeronauts.
