WHAT ARGENTINE CONTEM PLATES. Received February 23, 9 a.m. LONDON, February 22. One of the largest frozen meat companies in the Argentin2 contemplates having its own steamships for the conveyance of produce to England. Argentina ha& consented to permit the entry of Australian live stock, provided the Commonwealth gives certain assurances regarding the freedom of cattle from disease.
