CASTLEPOINT COUNTY. i'N pursuance and exercise <.f t'u> powers vested in it in that behalf by '-The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," tie Castlepoint County Council hereby res jives as follows: — "That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of, MoO authorised to be raised by the Castlepoint County Council under the provisions of ''The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," for the purpose of erecting a bridge over the Taueru River on the Aifredton-Tinui Road in the Masterton County, the said Castlepoint County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 5-32 of a penny in tl e pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property comprised within the following boundaries, viz :—Sections 823,170, 100,168-9, Block XV., Puketoi Snrvey District, Sections 824, 155-fi, 159, 82 ■-, 397-8, Block 111., 825, 827 to 834, 115,1110, 117, Blocks 111. and IV., 118, 119,221, Block VII, Mangapakeha Survey District. Such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable halt-yearly on the first day of February, and first day of August in each and eve'-y year during the currency of said loan, being a period of forty-one years or until the loan is fully paid off.
