MrTe Abu will stand as an j Independent. A wedding of considerable local interest was solemnised at the resi- • dance of the brije's partents, .Eketahuna, yesterday, whin Miss Ella A. Thompson, fourth daughter of Mr and Mrs P. Thompson, was married to JWr Thomas Keam, eldest son of Mr S. Keam, of Tauranga, writes -our Eketahuna .correspondent. The Rev. Fendray performed the ceremony. Mr P. Thomas was best man, while Misses A. and B. Thompson, si3ters of the bride, were bridesmaids. Mr and Mrs Keam left by the afternoon train for the South, where the honeymoon is to be spent. Mr and Mrs Keam intend residing in iEkatahuna.
