WAIRARAPA CHEESE.
GRADING IN NEW ZEALAND AND LONDON. The Wairarapa and East Coast Pastoral and Agricultural Society, at its last Show, November. 1908, offered substantial prizes for the best exhibit of factory cheese, suitable for shipment, to be graded by the New Zealand Government graders and shipped Home through the National Dairy Association and graded in London. The grading in London was carried out by Messrs Clements and Rowson, trade experts, the grading in New Zealand being done by the Wellington staff. The National Dairy Association has just received the report, and the following are the particulars:—
