By Telegraph—Press Association, Received February 20, 7.30 p.m. MELBOURNE, February 20. The Futurity Stakes to-day resulted:—Soultline (McLacblan) 1, Irishman (Williams) 2, Kingsbury (Pike) 3. Twenty-one started. Soultline and Carlyon were first away, the latter leading at the far turn. Three furlongs from home Irishman joined Carlyon, and attended by Scotland, Neith, Parsee, Soultline and Irishman, led into the straight. At the distance Soultline's colours were coining through and a magnificent finish resulted in Soultline catching Irishman on the :post and gaining the verdict by half a head. DANNEVIRKE HANDICAPS.
