SOUTH AFRICAN COLONIES.
PKOPOSED UNIFICATION. RESOLUTION OF KEGKET. Received February 21, 4.30 p.m. CAPETOWN, February 20. The Capetown branch of the Afrikander Bond has carried a resolution proposed by Mr Hofmeyer regretting that the unification instead of the federation of the South African colonies is proposed.
