THE RECENT BOMB OUTRAGES. ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS. Received February 21, 4.30 p.m. CALCUTTA, February 20. Repeated bomb outrages has caused the Government to station punitive police forces in the villages at Barrackpur and on the railways, in addition to the regular police patrolling the line.
