THE PERSIAN CRISIS.
A WILLING C4PTIVE. Received February 21, 4.30 p.m. TEHERAN, February 20. The Resht Nationalists state that Shuaesonltanch, the Shah's brother, who was previously reported to have been captured by brigands, was a willing captive, and that he professes that the restraint will the appearance of an advance guard. The Nationalist forces from Resht have reached Menzel, sixty miles from Teheran.
