CONFIDENCE IN HILMA PASHA. Received February 19, 8.30 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, Feb. 15. The Turkish Chamber passed a vote of confidence in Hilma fasha, the new Grand Vizier, who stated that he recognised the Cabinet's resputisibility to the Chamber. He also announced that he would continue the policy of his predecessor, Kiamil Pasha.
