NAVIGATION OF THE AIR.
SECRET ARMY EXPERIMENTS. BRITAIN AHEAD OF OTHER COUNTRIES. Received February 19, 9 a.m. LONDON, February 18. The "Standard" announces that secret army experiments have been conducted in remote , parts of the country for many months. The results, says the "Standard," place Great Br tain ahead of other countries in the matter of aerial navi' gation for army purposes.
