SAYONARA ' Received February 19, 9.35 a.m. MELBOURNE, February 19. Ihe Royal Yacht Club adopted a proposal by the Sydney Yacht Clubs to reduce the rating of competitors for the Sayonara Cup fro-o 15 to 12 metres. The change will hold good for three years, at the expiration whereoft he original conditions will be reverted to.
