RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All events post entry, excepting Castlepoiut Cup, nominations for which close on 10th February, 100.9. Handicaps declared on Wednesday, 17fch February. 2. Entrance fee 5 per cent on full amount of stake. 3. No horse allowed to start for district race without being three months in the district prior to meeting. 4. The following aro the boundaries of the district—The Waimata on the North, Pongaroa and Tawataia toll gate to Bidet'ord on the West, and Taueru, Waihora and Whareama on the South. . 5. Minimum weight in handicaps 9st, except Ladies' Bracelet. (i. A Hack is ahorse which at anytime prior to entry has not won a race of the value of l(JO sovs to the winner, or iac.es to the aggregate value of 250 sovs to the winner. 7. No 3 District Race.
