Additional particulars in connection wit i the arrest of a Russian anarchist, who shot and killed a police commissioner and policeman before bnni taken, show that Seeliger had manufactured a bomb, which he intended to explode
at the residence of the Belgian Minister for the Colonies, M. Renkin.
