OTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Masterton County Council, at a meeting to be held in the I Council Office, Masterton, at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, the 9th day of March, 1509, to confirm the following, resolutions. Resolutions by way of special order passed at a special meeting of the Council, held on the 12th day of January, 1909 Authorising the raising of a loan of £2500 for Opaki Water Supply. I Authorising the raising of J24500 for Lansdowne High-pressnre Water Supply. Authorising the raising of a loan of <£2so for a bridge nver the Taueru Eiver 1 on the Alfredton-Tinu Eoad. Authorising the raising of a loan of : £'lßo for a bridge over the Ihuraua stream on the Alfredton-Hin o inoa Road. Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on a loan of ,£250 for a bridge over the Taueru River on the Alfradton-Tmui road. Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges in a loan of £450 for a bridge ever the Ihuraua stream on the Alfredton-Hinemoa road, Resolutions by way of a special order passed at a special meeting of the Council, held on the 9th day of February, 1909 Authorising the raising of a loan of ,£O3OO for bridge building and metalling on the Weraiti-Fernyhurst Road. MASTERTON COUNTY. ROAD TEMPORARILY CLOSED. NOTICE is hereby given under the provisions of Section 111 of "The Public Works Act, 1908," that the portion of the Weraiti-Fernyhurst Road from the top of Weraiti Hill to its junction with the Taueru-Brancepeth Road is temporarily closed for traffic during metalling operations.
