AUCKLAND WOOL SALES.
By Tcisgraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, February 16. ' Over 1,700 bales were offered at the third final wool sale of the season to-day. Contrary to expectaions, there was good competition, local buyers bidding freely and taking a fair share of the offerings. Prices ruled as follows:—Medium crossbred, 6d to 7Jd; half bred and fine crossbred, up to B|d; coarse crossbred, s£d to 6Jd; lambs, 5Jd to 7d; stained and bush wools, 5d to 5Jd; bellies and pieces, 3d to 4Jd.
