ACCIDENT TO THE PUKAKI.
By Telegraph —Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, February 15. It was the steamer Pukaki which was yesterday reported to be in need of assistance at the mouth of tne Hurunui River. When the Mararoa reached the Hurunui the Pukaki was on her way to Wellington, repairs having been effected to her slide valve gear. _____
