BOMB-THROWING AT RESHD. GOVERNYIENT BUILDINGS DESTROYED. Received February 15, 30.15 p.m TEHERAN, February 15. Two hundred consp/rators at Reshd (a town of Persia, capital of the Province of Ghilan, standing near the south-west shore of the Caspian Sea, 150 miles north-west of Teheran), who are mainly Caucasians, threw a bomb at ,he Governor and destro;e.l the Government buildings with hand grenad a s. They also gutted the arsenal. The Shah's troops are hurrying to Reshd. The Persian Nationalists have circularised the Legations stating that they do not recognise the loans made by the Shah's Government. The insurrection is deriving great support from Persians in Constantinople, who are looing for a repetition in Persia of Turkey's constitutional victory.
