STEAMER STRIKES A ROCK.
NINE PERSONS DROWNED. Received February 15, 9 a.m. LONDON, February 14. The British steamer Forest Castle, owinu to a storm shifting a buoy, struck a rock in Brest Bay, France. Nine persons were drowned. \
