SUNDAY BIOGRAPH CONCERTS.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, February 11. The City Council to-night adopted the Finance Committee's recommendation that in future biograph concerts be not permitted in any building in Wellington on Sundays. This does not affect the holding of sacred concerts as at present authorised in the Town Hall.
