KING EDWARD'S VISIT TO GERMANY. Received February 11, 9.18 p.m. BERLIN, February 11. His Majesty King Edward is in high spirits, and evidently pleased at the reception accorded to him and the elaborate preparations for his reception at Rathans. There i 3 tremendous enthusiasm amongst the residents of Berlin, who are delighted because King Edward is the first British monarch to visit Berlin since 1723, and no head of a foreign State has heretofore been the municipalty's guest. King Edward and Queen Alexandra were received at the Embassy by British residents in Berlin. A grand State ball ac the Royal Castie was a great success.
