WORK HIGHLY PRAISED. Received February 11, 9 a.m. LONDON, Feoruary 10. "The T ; mes" describes Mr Bertram M'Kennal's bust of the late Sir, W. R. Russell, the famous war correspondent, which was unveiled yesturday, as one of few thoroughly satisfactory works that St. Paul's Cathedral crypt contains. It adds:— "Sculptors generally recognise Mr M'Kennal as one of the men most likely to further the advance made by sculpture in England during the past twenty years."
