THE MOROCCAN AGREEMENT. FRANCE'S POLICY. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF BRITAiN'S SUPPORT. Received February 11, 8 a.m. PARIS, February 10. Germany, a month ago, initiated an entente with France regarding Morocco. A communique published in Paris, in recording that fact, acknowledges the value of Great Britain's steady support of France's policy, which helped the present agretnvint to be reached.
