The following is Captain Edwin weather forecast to 3. p.m. ' tomorrow:—Strong winds are probable generally from the eastward north of East Cape, Taupo and Raglan, northerly thence to Hokitika and Lyttelton, and westerly' elsewhere; rain is probable north of Auckland, and also in the southernmost districts, and a falling barometer everywhere.
