In connection with the Cabinet dissensions, with regard to the new construction vote on the Naval Estimates, whereby the Admiralty propose an immediate addition of two and a-half millions, increasing to five millions and six millions in aucceedirg years, the "Daily Express" states that the Lords of the Admiralty have informed Cabinet that unless the pru.<Vramme is accepted they will resign in a body. : Viscount Morley (Secretary for India), and Mr John Burns (President of the Local Government Board) withdrew their opposition, but Mr D. Lloyd-George ( Chancellor of the Exchequer) and Mr Winston Churchill (President of the Board of Trade) continue to oppose the Admiralty's proposal.
