• The Senior Championship match between Masterton and Carlton will be resumed on the Park Oval this afternoon. On t'ne previous Saturday Carlton made 40 in the first innings (K. Moss 15, A. Hoar not out .10) and have lost three wickets lor 85 in the second innings (Styles 16, F. Webh 15 not out). Masterton made/ 124 in their first innings (Rawson 25 not out, Redmond 22, Mackellar 15, Logan 11, Thompson 11, Esson 10).

The Carterton - United match will also be x-esumed on the Park Oval. Last Saturday United made 72 (O'Leary 30, Kingdon 16) in the first innings, and Carterton 130 (Smart 45, Ticehurst 20, Welch 15 not out, Hart 14, Feast 10).
