By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, February 5. The following is Captain Edwin's weather forecast; to 3 p.m. to-mor-row:— Moderate to strong northerly winds northward .of East Cape and Raglan, strong westerly winds then southward to Kaikoura and Hokitika, and strong southerly winds elsewhere. Rain ifs probable south of Napier and New Plymouth, and rising barometer generally. There are indications of a considerable fall in temperature.
