AFFAIRS IN MACEDONIA. A RELAPSE THREATENED. VILLAGERS ARMING. OUTRAGES FREQUENT. Received February 3, 9 a.m. LONDON, February 2. Reuter's correspondent at Salonika states that Macedonia is threatening to relapse into its old pre-Consti-tution condition. The villagers are training in the use of arms, and are ready to take the field. Outrages are frequent, and illegal taxes are being extorted.
