TRAFFIC DISLOCATED. | HIGHWAY ROBBERIES AND BURGLARIES RAMPANT. LONDON, January 29. Heavy fog has prevailed in Loudon ■luring trie last two days. Traffic generally is dislocated, and ■trains have been seriously delayed. Many highway robberies and * 'burglaries have been reported. Lamps throughout the Metropolis been alight continuously from Tuesday afternoon till Friday morn--■ing.
