The Wairarapa Cricket Association Senior fixtures will be resumed tomorrow. On the Park Oval United will commence their first innings against Carlton, who put up 245 in their first attempt. Carterton (3 for 131) will resume their first innings against Masterton (118) at Carterton. In a cricket match at North Sydney, last week, a team put up 233 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in eighty minutes. A North Sydney Wednesday A team was playing Redfern, and the North Sydney team required 233 runs to win in thensecond innings. That they could win, owing to lack of time was improbable, still, the batsmen determined to try. The first pair hit out from the start, and each fresh man at the wiQketn followed suit, with energy, with the result that the seemingly impossible was accom-' plished, and just on time the winning hit was made.
