PROSECUTION CLOSED. Received January 20, 8.5 a.m. DURBAN, January 19. The case for the prosecution of Dinizuhi, charged with high treason, has closed. The defence is expected to occupy a month, CASE FOR THE DEFENCE. PRESENCE OF REBELS UNKNOWN. Received January 20, 9.16 a.m. DURBAN, January 19. Sinca there were some indications that Dinizulu was unaware of the presence of rebels in his kraal, the defence was concentrated upon this point.
